FAbrizio Romano, a transfer analyst, has promptly updated us on Chelsea’s endeavours to attempt to buy Victor Osimhen from Napoli.    It happened shortly after Chelsea’s first-round Premier League loss to Manchester City, a game that saw many Chelsea supporters reiterate the criticism that their team has been lacking a real clinical number nine for some time.
