These are the eight ladies who have won numerous Grand Slam titles while they were still teenagers: Number One Monica Seles
By the time she was a teenager, Monica Seles had already won an incredible eight Grand Slam singles titles, which is a record for either a male or a female player during the Open Era.
The number of women who have won multiple Grand Slam singles championships before turning 20 is limited to only eight in the professional age, with only one of those women having accomplished this feat in the 21st century.
Hana Mandlikova has won two Grand Slam titles, making her #4.
The Czech player Mandlikova won four Grand Slam titles over the course of seven years, despite the fact that she was only a teenager when she won her first two titles in Melbourne and Paris for the first time.
She was only 18 years old when she won the first of her two Australian Open championships in 1980 by defeating Wendy Turnbull. The following summer, she won the French Open title by defeating Sylvia Hanika, who was 19 years old at the time.
=4) Evonne Goolagong has won two games at the Grand Slam level.
She was a true tennis icon, having won seven Grand Slam singles titles before she turned 20 years old in 1971. Goolagong won consecutive major titles before she turned 20.
At the 1971 French Open, the Australian defeated Helen Gourlay to earn her first Grand Slam title. Just a few weeks later, she defeated Margaret Court to win Wimbledon, which was her final Grand Slam tournament as a teenager.
In addition, Tracy Austin has won two Grand Slam titles.
Both of Austin’s Grand Slam singles victories were won before she ever reached 19 years old, making her one of the most brilliant teenage tennis prodigies in the history of the sport.
When she defeated Chris Evert to win the US Open in 1979, the American star was only 16 years old. Two years later, she defeated Martina Navratilova to win her second and last major title in her home Slam tournament.
four Chris Evert, who has won two Grand Slam titles
Even though she was unsuccessful in the finals of her first three Grand Slam tournaments, tennis superstar Evert was able to solidify her position as one of the most prominent figures in the sport by winning the French Open and Wimbledon in 1974. The first two of Sharapova’s five Grand Slam victories came before she turned 20 in 2007, making her the only woman in the 21st century to have won multiple majors when she was still a teenager.
It is well known that the tennis superstar was only 17 years old when she stunned Serena Williams in the final of Wimbledon in 2004. She then went on to defeat Justine Henin at the 2006 US Open when she was 19 years old. At the time of her 19th birthday in 1999, former world No. 1 Hingis had already won five Grand Slam singles titles. All of these victories came before she celebrated her birthday.
Following her victory over Mary Pierce at the 1997 Australian Open, the Swiss overcame Jana Novotna and Venus Williams in the finals of the Wimbledon and US Open tournaments in that same year. The Swiss won her maiden major title at the Australian Open.
After that, Hingis would triumph over Conchita Martinez to win the Australian Open in 1998. Twelve months later, when competing against Amelie Mauresmo, she would achieve a “three-peat” by winning the singles title.

Second, Steffi Graf, who has won six Grand Slam titles
Graf was already one of the most powerful players in the history of tennis by the time her teenage years came to an end. She had already won six of the 22 Grand Slam titles while she was still a teenager.
She was only 19 years old when she completed her legendary “Calendar Golden Slam” in 1988. The German Tennis player won the French Open in 1987 by defeating Martina Navratilova, a match that will live long in the memory.
The world No. 1 at the time, Graf, was only 19 years old when she defeated Helena Sukova in the final of the 1989 Australian Open. This victory was Graf’s fifth consecutive Grand Slam victory.
There are eight Grand Slam titles held by Monica Seles.
Clearly in the lead is the tennis legend Seles, who, when she was a teenager in the early 1990s, was at the pinnacle of her abilities.
At the time of her victory over Graf in the final of the French Open in 1990, she was just 16 years old. She went on to win the Australian Open, the French Open, and the US Open in 1991, with the exception of Wimbledon, which she missed due to an injury.
In 1992, Seles would successfully defend all three of those titles, and then in 1993, she would defeat Graf to win her eighth Grand Slam title at the Australian Open. This victory came just a few months before Seles was tragically stabbed in April of that same year.
As a teenager, the former world number one would not compete in any of her final three Grand Slam tournaments, and after her return two years later, she would only win one more major tournament.
Evert defeated Olga Morozova with relative ease to win her first of a record seven titles in Paris. Following that, she defeated the Russian once more in the Wimbledon final just a few weeks later. Evert’s victory came months before she was 20 years old.
