The Pickleball Slam 2025 will feature a match between Agassi, Graf, and Roddick and Bouchard that will be worth one million dollars.

Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf, two of the most legendary tennis players of all time, will compete in Las Vegas in February to defend their Pickleball Slam titles against Andy Roddick, a former champion of the United States Open, and Eugenie Bouchard, a finalist at Wimbledon in 2014. The prize pool for this match is one million dollars.

This coming Sunday, February 16th, the third installment of the Pickleball Slam will be held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. ESPN is going to broadcast the event. The tournament had previously been held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, for two previous iterations. This is the first time that the event has been staged in Las Vegas.

Rob Schaefer of Sports Business Journal was informed by a spokeswoman for the event that the Florida tournament had a capacity of 4,500 participants, however the Vegas version of the tournament is anticipated to have approximately 6,750 guests and may have the capacity to accommodate additional attendees.

Maria Sharapova and John McEnroe were defeated by Agassi and Graf in the 2023 edition of the $1 million match. Agassi and Graf have been married since 2001 and have won a combined 42 Grand Slam titles.

Agassi is attempting to win a third consecutive title, having already won the inaugural event partnered Roddick and the 2023 edition with Graf. Agassi will be returning to his hometown for the event.

In an effort to topple Agassi this winter, Roddick will be returning, and Bouchard will enter the Pickleball Slam competition for the first time.

As the only professional pickleball player competing in the demonstration double match, Bouchard is the only one who participated in the competition. It was in January that she made her debut on the PPA Tour, all the while continuing to compete on the WTA circuit.

According to Jon Lafayette of Broadcasting+Cable, the 2023 Pickleball Slam established a new record for the most views of any pickleball program on ESPN by attracting a peak of 800,000 viewers. However, the second edition of the tournament surpassed that figure with a peak of 990,000 viewers.
