Micah Richards, a former player for Manchester City, disregarded Manchester United legends Gary Neville and Roy Keane when identifying the current top pundit in England.

Following his playing career at Manchester United, Gary Neville emerged as a prominent player in the field of punditry, mostly serving as a commentator for Sky Sports.

The 49-year-old former United star temporarily quit his position as a commentator to take on the role of manager at Valencia. However, his time there was cut short when he was fired, leading to his return to Sky Sports in 2016.

Roy Keane, similar to Neville, has emerged as a prominent figure in Sky Sports’ punditry team, and the Irishman has thrived in his position due to his straightforward and uncompromising style.

After his playing career finished, the 52-year-old Irish tough guy transitioned into coaching. Keane’s most recent managerial position ended in 2011 when he was fired from Ipswich Town.

Keane has effortlessly adapted to his work as a pundit, despite his previous stints as an assistant manager for the Republic of Ireland, Aston Villa, and Nottingham Forest.

Keane, widely recognized as one of the greatest leaders in history, has established himself as a frequent contributor for Sky Sports and has also served as a pundit for ITV.
