Marcus Rashford offers glimpse into plan to save dwindling Man Utd career

Marcus Rashford remains out of the England squad, and his Manchester United career has stalled, unable to replicate the magnificent form he demonstrated during the 2022/23 season.

The 26-year-old has yet to score or assist in his first three Premier League games of the new season, and with both Alejandro Garnacho and Amad Diallo impressing on the right wing, Rashford will be looking over his shoulder, afraid that he will lose his starting spot.

Erik ten Hag has maintained faith in Rashford, but it remains to be seen how long he can disregard his wingers’ varying playing standards, as noticed by both Gareth Southgate and Lee Carsley following Rashford’s protracted absence from the national team. While many of his United teammates are away with their respective countries, Rashford has been hard at work, releasing a workout video to demonstrate his determination to save his career at Old Trafford.

After missing England’s 2-0 victory against the Republic of Ireland to kick off their Nations League campaign, Rashford was hard at work on the training pitch with RH Elite Coaching in Manchester.

Rashford was shown training on his free kicks, shooting, dribbling, and conditioning in a video he shared with his 17 million Instagram followers, captioned “Raw Material.”

United fans will be encouraged to hear that Rashford is making the most of his international break, especially as pressure mounts on Old Trafford and head coach Ten Hag following back-to-back defeats to Brighton and Liverpool.
