According to Bronny James, there are two major players who are not included in his list of the best NBA players of all time.

Since the Los Angeles Lakers selected Bronny James with the 55th overall pick in the draft, he has been the subject of intense attention. Bronny James is the son of NBA legend LeBron James, and he played collegiate basketball for the USC Trojans for only one season. Therefore, it should not come as a surprise that Bronny’s father came out on top when he was asked to list the greatest NBA players of its whole history.

When asked to select the five best players to ever grace the National Basketball Association (NBA), he was unable to find any room for Michael Jordan on his list, which results in his ranking being contentious.

Across all sports, Jordan is considered by many to be the greatest of all time. As a member of the Chicago Bulls, he was awarded the Most Valuable Player award five times and won the National Basketball Association championship six times. A cultural and sporting legend, the National Basketball Association (NBA) website refers to him as “the greatest basketball player of all time.”

Bronny, on the other hand, is not in agreement.

When asked by ESPN to select his own top five players, Bronny came up with the following: “LeBron James is number one, followed by Steph Curry, Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, Ant Edwards, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander tied for fifth place.”

Kobe Bryant, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, and Larry Bird were not included in Bronny’s list because he was concentrating on the more recent talents of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

During the game that took place on Sunday night, LeBron James and his son Bronny created history by becoming the first father and son combination to ever compete together in an NBA game. During the same day that Bronny celebrated his 20th birthday, the two were seen playing together on the floor during a preseason game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Phoenix Suns. When asked where Jordan stands in comparison to other players like LeBron James and Kobe Bryant, Bronny has been asked this question on multiple occasions.

In the days leading up to the NBA draft, the Instagram account of HouseofHighlights shared a video of Bronny performing the song “Keep Trade Cut.”

He responded by saying, “I’m going to bench Kobe and then cut M.J. after I start ‘Bron.”

After being selected by the Lakers in the second round, Bronny went on to accept the second-largest deal ever offered to a player selected in the second round.

The discussion about who is the greatest of all time will probably continue, but Bronny’s allegiance to his renowned father is unmistakable, and his response does not appear to be likely to change any time soon.
