Details of Jose Mourinho’s dismissal have now been revealed as a former Roma executive sheds light on their working relationship.

Tiago Pinto, the former general manager of Roma, has asserted that it was “impossible” to have a normal working relationship with Jose Mourinho, who was terminated from his position as manager of the Italian club in January.

Mourinho achieved two European finals in his initial two seasons at the Stadio Olimpico, emerging victorious in the inaugural Europa Conference League. However, his third season was abruptly terminated when the higher-ranking officials of the Giallorossi decided to discontinue the team’s participation, since they were positioned in ninth place.

Pinto departed from the club in February, with his departure being revealed prior to Mourinho’s sacking. The individual, who is 39 years old, had been a member of the Roma team for a duration of three years, having initially transferred from Benfica. There have been rumors connecting this person to Newcastle as a possible successor to Dan Ashworth.

He is currently on a brief hiatus following his departure from Rome, during which he is considering his future course of action. He has contemplated his association with Mourinho in recent years.
