There are handbills from the time when The Beatles performed in Mansfield in 1963 that are being sold as part of an online auction that is selling items related to The Beatles.
Are you aware that The Beatles visited Mansfield on two separate tours in the beginning of 1963, right before Beatlemania began to take hold in the United Kingdom?

The Fab Four performed in Mansfield on two separate occasions: the first time was as part of Helen Shapiro’s tour, and the second time was a month later, when they were joined by Tommy Roe and Chris Montez.


With an auction beginning on Friday, September 27, and continuing for a total of ten days, Tracks Auctions, which is recognized as one of the most prominent dealers of The Beatles autographs and memorabilia, is currently holding an event.Both Tracks Ltd. and TracksAuctions are subsidiaries of the same firm.There are 14 centimeters by 28 centimeters (5.5 inches by 11 inches) on the handbill.

There is a vertical crease that runs down the middle of it since it has been folded.


The condition of the edges is described as having some light wear, as stated in the listing. In terms of condition, it is excellent.


Estimated to be between one thousand and two thousand pounds.An original handbill that was distributed in order to publicize the performance of The Beatles as a support act on the Chris Montez and Tommy Roe Show’s bill.

On March 26, 1963, the concert was held at the Granada, which is located in Mansfield.

There were six songs that were performed by the Beatles during their performance. These songs included “Love Me Do,” “Misery,” “A Taste of Honey,” “Do You Want to Know a Secret,” “Please Please Me,” and “I Saw Her Standing There.” There are 14 centimeters by 28 centimeters (5.5 inches by 11 inches) on the handbill.

According to the listing, there is a little tear in the lower left corner and a small part missing from the lower right corner of the item.

Some tape staining on three corners, but not much. In terms of condition, it is excellent.
