Brooke Shields’ former California country farmhouse hits the market for $8.6 million

Working in conjunction with listing agents Andrew Buss, David Kramer, and Alla Furman, who are all employed by the real estate agency Hilton & Hyland, the rural farmhouse-style home in the Pacific Palisades is currently available for purchase at a price of slightly more than $8.6 million.

When the actress made the decision to make her townhouse in New York’s West Village her primary residence in 2022, she ultimately opted to sell the enormous home that she had initially purchased in 1997 for the price of $3.24 million. A property that was constructed in 1982 and is situated on a hilltop in the Santa Monica Mountains, the home offers breathtaking views of the canyons that are located in the surrounding area. The multi-level house has a total size of 5,345 square feet, five bedrooms, and six bathrooms, in addition to a large number of common areas where the entire family may congregate and spend time together.

Nearly every room in the house has a view of the countryside that surrounds it, and there are many French doors that go outdoors to the wrap-around porch. According to Buss, this porch genuinely gives the homeowner the feeling of being “totally tucked away in nature.”

Shields sold the property to actor Sam Page, who is well known for his performances on popular television shows such as “All My Children” and “Mad Men.” Despite the fact that the actress moved out, the home continued to maintain its famous status.Once guests have entered the building through the front doors, they will be greeted by a main level that has an open floor plan. This level includes a big living area that is characterised by different seating areas, numerous windows that provide views of the surrounding vegetation, and a staircase that is located in the middle of the room that leads to the second level.
