Barry Carp was selected to serve as Collingwood’s fifteenth President.

Following the Annual General Meeting (AGM) that took place in 2024, the Collingwood Board of Directors convened this evening in order to select the President and Vice-Presidents for the year 2025. It is with great pleasure that the Club extends its congratulations to Barry Carp, who has been voted as the 15th President of Collingwood. Additionally, Paul Licuria and Jodie Sizer have been elected as Vice Presidents. The appointments were all made unanimously.

At the annual general meeting of Collingwood in 2024, it was reported earlier this evening that Carp had been re-elected as a Director. Additionally, Director Renée Roberts was re-elected, and Gaye Morris and Dan Rosen were elected to the Board of Directors.

Barry Carp, Paul Licuria, Gaye Morris, Jodie Sizer, Renée Roberts, Dan Rosen, and Paul Tuddenham are the seven individuals who make up the Collingwood Board of seven individuals for the year 2025.

There is no doubt that Barry Carp is a well-known figure in the world of sports and finance. His company, River Capital, is a fund management and investing firm, and he is the founder of the company.

Since his appointment to the Collingwood Board in 2021, Carp has been an integral part of the organization’s efforts to supervise its financial plans. His experience in the professional field has Barrington Carp, the President of Collingwood, stated:

In becoming the 15th President of the Collingwood Football Club, it is a privilege that I am truly honored to have done.

I would want to express my gratitude to Jeff Browne for the formidable leadership he has demonstrated over the course of the past three years, as well as to every President who has served before him. Our Club is in a very good position, and we have laid the groundwork for continued success in the future.

“Continuing to build on the foundations that we have established for ourselves is the top priority for both me as President and for our Board of Directors.

“I would want to express my gratitude to all of the candidates who ran for office in the hope of making a positive impact on Collingwood at the Board level.

I would like to extend my congratulations to Dan Rosen and Gaye Morris, who were selected as the successful candidates. On behalf of the returning Directors, I am looking forward to working with them in the year 2025.

In addition, I would like to take this opportunity to recognize Christine Holgate, a retiring member, for the tremendous impact she has made as a long-term Director at Collingwood.
