Anthony Elanga, a prominent player for Nottingham Forest, asserts that a particular former Manchester United talent is the most undervalued player he has ever played with in his career.

Anthony Elanga emerged from the Manchester United development academy and made his inaugural appearance for the first squad at Old Trafford under the former Red Devils manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Nevertheless, the 21-year-old ex-Manchester United winger has difficulties in obtaining consistent opportunities to play in the first team under the current manager of the Red Devils, Erik ten Hag.

Elanga featured in 26 matches for Manchester United in various competitions last season and provided two assists, but he was unable to score a goal for the team.

Last summer, the Sweden international departed from Old Trafford and transferred to Nottingham Forest. United reportedly received a fee of £15m for the transfer.

Since his arrival at City Ground, Elanga has occasionally impressed for Forest this season and has obtained more consistent opportunities to play in the first team under manager Nuno.

Elanga, who previously played for Manchester United, has scored a total of five goals in 27 appearances in the Premier League for Forest this season. Additionally, Elanga has started in 19 league matches under Nuno.
