Andy Roddick and Eugene Bouchard’s team loses against Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf, who win $1 million in pickleball prizes.

Team Agassi faced up against a team captained by Andy Roddick at the event, which was hosted at the Michelbob Ultra Arena in Las Vegas. Despite going into the fight with a bullseye on his back, fans were able to witness Agassi continue his winning streak and become the current three-time champion.The opening match was a singles contest between Agassi and Roddick, with the former winning in straight sets. Fish, an Olympic silver medallist and special guest, was paired with Steffi Graf in the following match, while Eugene Bouchard was paired with John Isner. Graf and Fish emerged victorious, winning the match in straight sets.

Then, in the most anticipated match, Agassi, Graff faced Roddick and Bouchard. The first game was won 15-9 by Agassi and Graf. Then, Roddick and Bouchard pulled off a 15–10 comeback, forcing the match into a decider, which they won once more. Team Agassi emerged victorious after the match went to a tiebreaker.

In 1965, pickleball was created in the US state of Washington. It was designated as Washington’s official state sport in 2022. Although the rules, paddles, and court lines differ, table tennis and tennis are comparable on a doubles badminton court. It gained popularity in the USA after its debut. In 2021, 2022, and 2023, it was recognised as the speediest-growing sport in the United States.

The Association of Pickleball Players (APP) was established in 2019 as a result of its increasing popularity. The National Pickleball League of Champions Pros followed in 2022, and Major League Pickleball followed in 2021. The United Pickleball Association was created in 2023 by the merger of the PPA and MLP.

The Pickleball World Rankings, a new worldwide professional pickleball association, was established in 2024. Players will be able to raise their ranks by participating in PWR World Tour tournaments and earning points.
