A former Premier League player said that he is advising a star player worth £113 million to reject a move to Manchester United.

John Obi Mikel acknowledges that he is persuading Victor Osimhen to reject Manchester United in favor of Chelsea, as the talented striker from Napoli, who recently won the Serie A, is anticipated to attract interest from other clubs in the Premier League this summer.

Although having an abundance of top-tier center-forwards is always desirable, Chelsea currently have a greater need for the Nigeria international compared to Manchester United.

The Red Devils have been lacking in goal-scoring prowess, with their goal difference consistently hovering close to negative figures. However, it seems like Manchester United has successfully acquired Rasmus Hojlund, a center-forward who has the potential to secure the number nine position at Old Trafford for a significant period of time.
