Tennessee’s quarterbacks by the numbers in 2024 regular-season

Heupel, the Vols’ head coach, led Tennessee (10-2, 6-2 SEC) to a 10-win regular season. Tennessee is awaiting their seeding and College Football Playoff ranking for the first-ever 12-team national championship.

In Week 14, Tennessee defeated Vanderbilt 36-23 to wrap up regular season play.

After defeating Vanderbilt to wrap off the regular season, Heupel remarked, “I’m just proud of our football team.” We spent the entire week discussing how to end the regular season properly and how to be a man to do it, and we received the Iamaleava gained 2,512 yards, 19 touchdowns, and five interceptions on 199 of 303 passing attempts. The redshirt freshman had a quarterback rating of 152.71 and completed 65.68 percent of his passing attempts. On 89 attempts, he scored one touchdown and amassed 317 rushing yards. Iamaleava played in every one of Tennessee’s 12 regular-season games.

Class: Redshirt freshmen practiced properly and correctly. We certainly didn’t get off to a good start. Having a competitive attitude and having faith in your teammates allowed you to keep battling and win the game in the second and early third quarters.
