It has been confirmed that Hugo Weaving will be returning to Slow Horses for the sixth season, in which he will play the character of the nefarious Frank Harkness. The fourth season included Frank Harkness, played by Weaving, who had previously worked for the Central Intelligence Agency. His child army program and relationship to River Cartwright, played by Jack Lowden, added even another complicated issue to the already tight narrative of the show. Although the fifth season of Slow Horses has not yet been shown, the sixth season has already been confirmed.
