Melissa Gilbert, from ‘Little House’ to ‘Dancing with the ‘Stars’ to Modern Prairie

Melissa Gilbert’s career began when she was just a young child. As a result of her role as Laura Ingalls, she became a part of our cultural history when she was only eight years old. The cast reunion and festival commemorating the 50th anniversary of “The Little House on the Prairie” took place in March, and she graciously signed autographs for the audience.Lulabelle Gilbert, Melissa Gilbert’s granddaughter, is pictured here.
