The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is no longer dependent on a single superstar, not even Roman Reigns, but the organization is approaching a crossroads in terms of keeping top talent.

A number of former world champions, including Becky Lynch and Bobby Lashley, have been approached by WWE over the course of the previous few months, but the company has been unable to reach an agreement with them. It wasn’t until the very last minute that other high-profile WWE talents like Chad Gable, Drew McIntyre, and Damian Priest were able to get new contracts with WWE.

In general, WWE has been successful in retaining the majority of its main stars, including Finn Balor, Sheamus, and Seth Rollins. However, it is interesting to note that the company is once again facing a situation where it is down to the wire with three major stars: AJ Styles, Kevin Owens, and Sami Zayn. There are three stars that have been essential to WWE programming for the majority of the last decade, and all three of them have contracts that are set to expire in the beginning of 2025. Both Zayn and Owens are now involved in prominent storylines on Raw and SmackDown, respectively. Zayn is currently engaged in a feud with Gunther, the World Heavyweight Champion, and Owens is still connected with The Bloodline and Cody Rhodes.

However, Styles’ status is much different from that of other people. As “The Phenomenal One” draws closer to the conclusion of his career and his contract, he has been absent from television for several weeks. According to reports, he does not have any planned creative direction. Despite the fact that Styles is now 47 years old, he is still considered to be one of the most talented artists in the world in terms of his overall performance.
